  • 11:00AM to 1:00PM - Registration setup:
    - vehicle classification begins
  • 1:00PM - Registration opens
  • 2:00PM to 4:00PM - Start of show and Registration continues
  • 4:00PM - Registration Closed
  • 4:30PM - Judging sheets passed out, Start of participant judging
  • 5:30PM - Deadline for participants to turn in judging sheets and receive dash plaque and one free ticket for gas BBQ drawing.
  • 5:30PM - Raffle drawings begin, must be present to win
    1. General raffle
    2. Raffle special items
    3. 50/50 Raffle
    4. Early Registration drawings
  • 6:00PM to 7:00PM - Car Show and entertainment continue
  • 7:00PM - Trophy awards
  • 8:00PM - Pack up and go home
